United Way has been the charity of choice for ExxonMobil. Both corporate and employee contributions—individually committing time, talent and dollars—is an important part of the ExxonMobil/United Way tradition.
Impacting Campaign Drives Engagement
JMG was tasked with increasing employee engagement with local United Way organizations. Our strategy was to introduce a campaign theme that mobilizes the caring power of ExxonMobil employees for the common good and to carefully coordinate a multi-touch campaign where representatives from the various charitable organizations and ExxonMobil employees were highlighted. The impact that individual involvement made in the lives of others was showcased in a campaign video. Additional outreach elements included a drawing, e-blasts, indoor and outdoor signage, an interactive microsite, oversized postcards and counter cards. That’s marketing from the inside out.
